Wine Tour FAQs
Can I customize my tour?
Yes you can or we can create one for you.
Can I bring my children?
The tours are geared towards adults, however, you can bring children at 50% of the cost or free if under 5.
What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund with at least 3 days notice. 50% refund if cancelled 2 days prior and no refund if 48 hours or less.
Do you need to be a wine lover to enjoy the tours?
No. The scenery and beautiful wineries are worth the visit even if you do not enjoy wine. We also have spirit and beer focused tours or a mixture of all 3.
Can I be picked up at my hotel or home?
Yes. We pick up and drop off anywhere in Kelowna. If you are located outside Kelowna and would like to arrange a special pick up, please let us know.
Can I bring my dog?
Certain wineries will allow dogs.
Can I bring my own lunch?
Yes you can bring a picnic for a winery picnic area. Several wineries have picnic areas or patios to enjoy a packed lunch with a glass of wine. Please ask when you are booking.
Do I pay for tastings?
No, all tastings are included in the price of the tour. Some wineries offer premium wine (ie; ice wine) tastings for an additional charge. Your guide can make those arrangements for you.
Will the wineries be exactly as stated?
We make every effort to ensure the wineries visited will be as advertised. From time to time during peak season there may be line ups so our guides are trained to avoid wait times at popular wineries. All wineries on the tours are hand picked by us for their unique and interesting features although you can switch the wineries on certain tours.
Do I tip the guide?
Our guides appreciate a token of appreciation for an enjoyable experience.
How old do I have to be to taste wine on the tours?
19 years old and the wineries reserve the right to ask for photo ID.
Can I smoke in the vehicle?
Can I drink wine in the vehicle?
No alcohol can be consumed in our vehicles, only bottled water which we provide or soft drinks.
